Overpriced and probably the grossed grilled cheese I've had. Fries were okay but arrived cold

I believe it was meant tobe a chicken breast but it was very small. Looked like a chicken tender they cut in half.   I ordered this salad cos its one of my favorites from them. 

Forgot the chicken breast in the salad again... how does that happen?
